Other supplies such as cranes, overhead travelling cranes and load tests
Not just sling bars, hooks, clamps and brackets: the Padua-based company C&G Engineering Service also supplies overhead travelling cranes and hydraulic cranes, as well as carrying out load tests.
Other supplies
Hydraulic cranes
C&G Engineering Service is able to manufacture hydraulic trolley cranes with hook or forks, customised on the basis of specific customer requirements and adaptable to the most varied applications.
The cranes are built with high-strength steel to limit their weight without compromising their stability; special care is taken over the smoothness of the crane to make its use as ergonomic as possible.
Types of crane
C&G Engineering Service is able to manufacture cranes installed on trolleys equipped with battery-powered handling units (transpallet type).

Hydraulic trolley cranes with hook or forks
C&G Engineering Service applies adaptations to all models, carefully designing, checking and certifying the changes made.
Overhead crane in clean room
This has been designed to install a system for lifting and handling the dies above the extrusion machines, so as to limit the use of forklifts when operating in a clean room. The overhead crane is a special type with reduced dimensions to facilitate operation at height.
Load tests
Load tests for lifting equipment with third-party organisations (Bureau Veritas, DNV and Rina). C&G Engineering Service carries out load tests, including with considerable capacity, in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (Legislative Decree 17/2010) and then issue the report. The tests can be carried out by lifting certified ballasts or with jacks, and can also be supervised by third-party bodies (Bureau Veritas, DNV, Rina).
